FAQ - iNCOME TAX

This FAQ page provides answers to common income tax questions, including filing requirements, deadlines, refunds, and general tax preparation information. 

What do I need to bring to file my taxes?

  • A valid photo ID 

  • W-2s 

  • 1099s

  • Other records of income 

  • Bank account information

  • If applicable: 

    • Child care expenses ​

    • Education costs 

    • Mortgage interest 

    • Charitable donations 

    • Medical expenses 

  • First-time customers: 

    • Social Security card 

    • Last year's tax return

What's the deadline to file my taxes?

The deadline to file federal income taxes is April 15. 

Can I request an extention?

You may request an extension to file until October 15, but any taxes owed must still be paid by April 15 to avoid penalties and interest.

Can I schedule an appointment?

Yes, you may call and make an appointment. Appointments are only available Monday through Friday.
